This site sets no cookies. Not one, not first-party, not for analytics, not for anything.

What it does remember

Nothing. There is no setting to store: the site is one dark theme, with no switch and nothing read from your machine.

Why there is no banner

A banner asks permission to do something. There is nothing here to ask permission for, and a consent box on a site that tracks nobody is just another thing to click.

The software

A FOSSCast instance sets one cookie, for whoever signs in to the dashboard, so the next page knows it is still them. Listeners are set no cookie at all: the public pages and the feed need none, and counting a download does not require knowing who asked.
