FOSSCast

Complaints

How to complain

Email the address on the front page, or report it on the bug tracker if it is about the software and you do not mind it being public. Say what happened and what you would like done about it.

Who it reaches

Lightmorphic, who write FOSSCast. Not a queue and not a department.

How long

A reply within two working days saying we have it, and an answer within ten. If something needs longer we will say so and say why rather than going quiet.

If the answer is not good enough

Say so, and it gets looked at again. If it is about your data, the Information Commissioner's Office takes complaints at ico.org.uk. If it is about accessibility, the accessibility page names the route.

One thing we cannot help with

If a podcast you are listening to runs on FOSSCast and you have a complaint about that podcast, it has to go to whoever runs it. The software is ours; the instance, the content and the audience are theirs, and we have no access to any of them.
